Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return, unless otherwise stated below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be requested before sending any item back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Important Notice – Sale Items & Sizing

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges on Sale Items

All items purchased during a sale, promotion, discount, or special offer are final sale.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Refunds
  • Returns
  • Exchanges

No exceptions will be made.

Sizing & Fit Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the size chart and product descriptions before placing an order.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for incorrect size selection
  • Fit, sizing preference, or personal comfort are not considered defects
  • By placing an order, the customer confirms they have verified the correct size

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

You must contact us immediately upon receipt so we can assess the issue and resolve it where applicable.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We cannot change addresses once an order has been placed
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale / discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, including for sizing issues or sale items.

If an item is eligible for return (non-sale items only), the recommended process is:

  1. Return the eligible item (if approved)
  2. Place a new order separately

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, unless the item was purchased on sale.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Sale items remain non-refundable even under the EU cooling-off period, as permitted by law.


Refund Processing (If Applicable)

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days
  • Banks and payment providers may require additional time
